Reasons Since I got my own mail server, I have trouble sending e-mail to Microsoft's e-mail service, Hotmail and MSN. I believe my e-mail messages are deleted by Microsoft's patented SmartScreen™ technology. Actually, I was quite impressed by Microsoft's SmartScreen™ technology. If I use legitimate e-mail address, the message is blocked. If I forge from address, the message goes though! This is the most sophisticated technology mankind ever invented. You can see pictures of the most innovative men alive here  .What I did Since Microsoft's patented state-of-the-art SmartScreen™ technology is beyond my comprehension, I decided not to use Microsoft's Sender ID. Instead, I have implemented Sender Policy Framework (SPF ) which works seamlessly with Gmail.What You Should Do The bottom line is I will not reply to Hotmail or MSN e-mail addresses.
